At Baby Shower Charms, we strive to prepare and process your orders swiftly, typically within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The shipping time for your product may vary depending on your location, ranging from 7 to 14 business days.

Though we mainly ship from our US warehouses, to ensure efficient delivery worldwide, we collaborate with global suppliers across three zones: North America, Europe, and Asia. As a result, items from your order may be shipped separately to expedite the process and prevent any delays that may impact your entire order. Rest assured, we won’t charge any extra delivery fees for multiple shipments as long as the purchase is made within one invoice.

Should you need to modify your shipping address, kindly reach out to us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that we cannot re-ship packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or customer unavailability.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS:

Please be aware that your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which could potentially extend the estimated delivery time.

We kindly advise you to check your local postal regulations for any restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for items that are not accepted by the destination country.

TAXES & DUTIES:

Please note that customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. It’s important to understand that all standard shipping orders and worldwide shipping are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). We do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes, and we cannot predict the estimated charges you may incur. Any additional fees must be paid to clear customs and collect your package. In certain cases, specific countries may require additional fees to be paid COD (Collect On Delivery) to the local carrier. It’s vital to note that Baby Shower Charms does not collect these fees and has no control over the charges imposed by local governments.

REFUND & RETURNS:

Prior to signing for deliveries, if applicable, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the packaging for any damages. This step is crucial as we rely on third-party couriers, and we are unable to accept claims for damages that occurred during transit if the item is signed for as ‘packaging intact’ or its equivalent.

In the event that you uncover any damage to the product upon unpacking, please notify us promptly via our contact page within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

To expedite your claim process, we kindly ask you to attach photographic evidence of any damages to the item and/or packaging. Rest assured, we will handle your claim with the utmost urgency. If the items are indeed damaged, we will either replace them at no additional cost or issue a refund as per your preference.
